Aspinall dropped to second in the OHL scoring race behind Saginaw’s Nikita Klepov. Klepov leads based on goals. Aspinall has two games in hand.
Barrie defenseman Evan Passmore went scoreless in a 7–4 win over Brantford. The Colts earned their tenth straight win and tied the Bulldogs in points.
